EMPICOL OP 301

EMPICOL OP 301 is an aqueous styrene/acrylate copolymer solution that imparts a milky or translucent appearance when added to liquid formulations at levels between 0.1-1.0%. As an opacifier, EMPICOL OP 301 is ideal for creating a uniform opaque quality in final products. It contains nonionic and anionic surfactants that are biodegradable per EC directive 648/2004, ensuring environmental compliance. EMPICOL OP 301 does not require a separate preservative due to its resistance to microbial growth, reducing costs. Its very low residual monomer content prevents interference with common fragrances.
