PURE MALT EAGLE

PURE MALT EAGLE is a clear malt extract manufactured from a hot water extract of kiln dried barley (Hordeum vulgare) malt concentrated by vacuum evaporation. PURE MALT EAGLE is manufactured according to the standards specified by the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety. It is suitable for use in the food industry. PURE MALT EAGLE provides consistent characteristic, hoppy-malty flavour free from off flavours. It is free from burnt and foreign odours. PURE MALT EAGLE is manufactured in accordance with the United Kingdom Food Safety Act 1990 and in compliance with the EU General Food Law EC 178/2002.
