ANTRANCINE 55 is a liquid formulation containing antioxidants BHA and BHT in sunflower oil. It is suitable for use in food industry applications. ANTRANCINE 55 provides antioxidant protection to food products during processing and storage. The antioxidants in ANTRANCINE 55 help prevent lipid oxidation and rancidity in foods. It can be used at recommended levels of 200-500 ppm in fats and oils for professional manufacture of heat-treated foods, animal oils and fats, food supplements and chewing gum, subject to legislation. ANTRANCINE 55 helps extend the shelf life of foods by inhibiting oxidation and rancidity.
