VALIDASE TRL

Validase® TRL is a kosher and halal certified liquid multi-enzyme cellulase complex of glactosidase, glucanases, mannanase, and xylanase, derived from a selected strain of Trichoderma longibrachiatum (also known as T. reesei). Activity PSS (/mg.g): > 6800 CU/g. It is recommended for fruit processing, as it hydrolyzes structural and non-structural polysaccharides by breaking -1,4-glycosidic linkages. It results in chain lengths with lower molecular weights. Appearance: Amber liquid (product colour may vary from batch to batch).
