Application Technologist Nordics
After graduating with a master’s degree in Food Technology at Lund University and collecting some first experiences in the food industry, Anni joined IMCD in 2015 as the first Application Technologist in the Nordics. She became an essential part of building up the Nordic technical support to what it is today, and after working her way through all different application segments, she is today focusing her expertise in Nutrition and Confectionary.

Alva gained great interest in Food Science during her studies at Lund University, and after her master’s degree in Food Technology 2021 she joined IMCD Nordics. She enjoys working in the lab and turning her theoretical knowledge into practical experience, and there she is mainly supporting customers in the Savoury and Bakery segments.

Luut joined IMCD in the beginning of 2022 after working as a product developer in the beverage industry. With more than 10 years of theoretical knowledge in chemistry and food technology he is now applying his knowledge in the dairy and beverages segments to help the customers find the best solutions.
