Joel officially joined IMCD when the company acquired Finnish Kokko-Fiber Oy specialized in high-quality raw materials to the fibre-reinforced plastics industry. Before the acquisition he worked for Kokko-Fiber for 2 years. Joel is one of the 4 employees at the Kokkola unit in Finland.
