EDENOL 192

Description

EDENOL 192 is a neutral ester of a monocarboxylic acid. It is a secondary plasticizer with low volatility for the manufacture of PVC pastes. The viscosity of PVC pastes is reduced through the addition of EDENOL 192. In mixtures with a higher plasticizer content, the compatibility of EDENOL 192 is reduced, in mixtures with less plasticizer, more EDENOL 192 may be used. If the primary plasticizer is partially replaced by EDENOL 192, the mechanical characteristics of the end product will be slightly affected.
