Description

WACKER TN is a modified silicone fluid of medium viscosity whose special chemical structure imbues it with the benefits of silicone fluids and mineral oils. WACKER TN is used for thermal molding of rubber, plastics, and low-melting nonferrous metals. It is superior to conventional silicone fluid then the finished parts are subsequently to be painted, printed, coated or bonded. An outstanding release effect is even obtained when extremely small amounts of the release agent are used. The result is an easy, accurate reproduction of every surface detail of the molded article. WACKER TN exhibits excellent film forming properties
