VINNOL E 15/45 (formerly VINNOL E 15/45 TF) is a copolymer of approx. 85 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and approx. 15 wt.% of vinyl acetate (VAc). Its main use is as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks.
