Description

Coated Ascorbic Acid, Type FC is a white to slightly yellow powder, with a slight odour characteristic of fatty acids. It consists of ascorbic acid (94%) coated with glyceryl tristearate. This product is kosher and halal certified. Recommended application(s): For enrichment of dry foods. For food supplements such as chewable, non-chewable and sugar-coated tablets, soft gel and hard gel capsules.
