Avicel-plus® GP 3522 is a Stabilizer, MCC emulsifier blend. It consists of: Sodium alginate (E401), Microcrystalline cellulose (Cellulose gel) (E460), Dextrose (added as a standardizing agent), Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (Cellulose gum) (E466), Calcium chloride (E509) (used as a carrier).
