AVICEL-PLUS® GP 7315 is a cellulose based stabilizer system composed of Microcrystalline cellulose (Cellulose gel) (E460), Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (Cellulose gum) (E466), Xanthan gum (E415). AVICEL-PLUS® GP 7315 is designed for bake stable fruit and neutral fillings. AVICEL-PLUS® GP 7315 provides in combination with modified starch, excellent bake stability with a short and pumpable texture in the final fruit filling. It is specially designed to increase production rate by reducing the time and complexity of processing.
