Description

BakeZyme® Go 10.000 BG is a kosher and halal certified enzyme preparation for food use containing glucose oxidase (IUB: glucose oxidase) derived from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger. Application market: Baking: bread, flour, tortillas, flat bread, pizza, and steam bums. Creates tight and dry dough with more tolerance. Is very effective in short process. Typical dosage: 5 -20 ppm. The producing micro-organism is of non-GM origin. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
