Description

Carfosel™ 950i is a compound balanced between sodium and potassium tripolyphosphate, thus it will combine the advantages of these two kinds of Phosphates. It solves the need and trend sodium reduction in the products, whilst keeping the flavour, texture, and natural characteristics. In comparison with STPP, Carfosel 950i helps to reduce 50% of the sodium content created by phosphate in the product without affecting the bitterness and strange taste (when only used potassium phosphate is being used). Based on the special combination, Carfosel 950i has the ability to dissolve two times better than STPP, therefore, it can be used in solution with high phosphate concentration. However, It still ensures good homogeneity of soaked solution.
