Description

Delvo®Cheese CH-200 series consists of concentrated lactic acid bacteria culture blends for direct inoculation into milks. It is a range of ingredients from coagulant, acidification cultures and adjunct cultures that is ready to be added directly to the vat for use in mesophilic Table Cheddar applications, such as Cheddar varieties, Colby, Montery Jack, Blue cheese, and Feta. Benefits: classical British taste profile and regular acidification. Product composition: Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris, Streptococcus thermo-philus. The CH-200 and CH-220 range are specifically designed for the production of retail cheddar, adding balanced flavour on young cheddar and shredding and slicing functionality.
