Delvo®Cheese CH-250 series consists of concentrated lactic acid bacteria culture blends for direct inoculation into milks. It is a range of ingredients from coagulant, acidification cultures and adjunct cultures that can be used in various types of cheddar productions. Benefits: regular acidification. Product composition: Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris, Streptococcus thermo-philus.
