Delvo®Cheese CH-300 series consists of concentrated lactic acid bacteria culture blends for direct inoculation into milks. It is a range of ingredients from coagulant, acidification cultures and adjunct cultures that can be used in various types of Premium Cheddar productions. Benefits: superior taste and texture development, and regular acidification. Product composition: Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris, Streptococcus thermo-philus. The CH-300 range is specifically designed for the production of speciality cheddar, adding functionality and premium positioning in the market.
