Description

Delvo®Cheese CP-120 series consists of highly concentrated lactic acid bacteria culture blends for direct inoculation into milks. It is a range of ingredients from coagulant, acidification cultures and adjunct cultures ideally suited for producing many types of pasta filata cheeses, including high through-put mozzarella (and related types) for pizzas and string cheese. It can also be used for the production of Emmental, Swiss (and related types), and other cheese varieties as appropriate. Benefits: designed for faster production process. Product composition: Streptococcus thermophilus.
