Description

Delvo®Cheese CT-110 series consists of meso / thermophilic concentrated lactic acid bacteria culture blends for direct inoculation into milks. It is a range of ingredients from coagulant, acidification cultures and adjunct cultures that can be used in various types of young continental cheese productions. Benefits: consistent acidification; phage robust, clean taste profile and good flavour; and no eyes formation. Product composition: Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris, Streptococcus thermophilus. This culture is packed in metallised laminated sachetsin standard pack sizes and shipped in polystyrene boxes with dry ice (DSF - Direct-Set Frozen). Please contact us for more information.
