Delvo®Cheese CT-160 series consists of mesophilic concentrated lactic acid bacteria culture blends for direct inoculation into milks. It is a range of ingredients from coagulant, acidification cultures and adjunct cultures that can be used in various types of young up to aged traditional continental cheese productions. Benefits: regular acidification; phage robust, medium fast starter culture providing clean and premium buttery & acid taste profile. Few eyes in the texture. Product composition: Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris, Streptococcus thermophilus, Leuconostoc mesenteroides ssp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis biovar diacetylactis.
