Delvo®Cheese CT-300 series consists of mesophilic concentrated lactic acid bacteria culture blends for direct inoculation into milks. It is a range of ingredients from coagulant, acidification cultures and adjunct cultures that can be used in various types of aged continental cheese productions. Benefits: consistent acidification; phage robust, advanced round taste and flavour. Eyes formation. Product composition: Leuconostoc mesenteroides ssp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis ssp.lactis biovar diacetylactis.
