Description

Delvo®Cheese CW-100 series consists of mesophilic concentrated lactic acid bacteria starter cultures that are highly concentrated, free-flowing, deep-frozen pellets. They are designed to be to be added directly to the vat. It is a range of ingredients from coagulant, acidification cultures and adjunct cultures that can be used in various types of White Cheese productions (optimal between 30-40°C). Benefits: provides a mild taste profile and a creamy texture. Product composition: Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis ssp lactis. Four bacteriophage unrelated versions of the product are available inrotations available 1 and 5 unit bags (CW-104 only available in 5 unit bag currently.).
