Description

Delvo®Cheese CW-300 series consists of meso / thermophilic concentrated lactic acid bacteria starter cultures that are highly concentrated, free-flowing, deep-frozen pellets. They are designed to be to be added directly to the vat. It is a range of ingredients from coagulant, acidification cultures and adjunct cultures that can be used in various types of White Cheese productions (optimal between 30-45°C).Benefits: it provides a creamy fresh slighlty piquant flavour; traditional composition for PDO Feta; short lag phase; and perfect match for UF milk. Product composition: Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus, Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris, Streptococcus thermo-philus. Three bacteriophage unrelated versions of the product are available inrotations available 1 and 5 unit bags.
