Description

Delvo®Cheese SW-200 series consists of thermo concentrated lactic acid bacteria culture blends for direct inoculation into milks. It is a range of ingredients from coagulant, acidification cultures and adjunct cultures that can be used in various types of swiss/ premium Maasdam productions. Benefits: robust and consistent acidification, pH stability on time, developing nutty and fruity notes, semi-hard (and holes) textures, and for premium grade cheese with extended shelf-life. Product composition: Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus helveticus, Lacto-bacillus paracasei. Three bacteriophage unrelated versions of the product are available inrotations available 5 and 10 unit bags, also available in frozen form. Inoculation rate: 0.5 Unit/1000 L of Milk.
