The DSM Delvo®Fresh range contains a combination of cultures that are used for direct inoculation and contain the best acidifying, flavoring and texturizing strains for all fermented milk products - from drinkable and stirred yogurts, to kefi and skyr applications. They enable the production of low-fat, low-sugar or low-lactose fermented milk products without compromising on taste, texture or performance.
