Description

Delvo®Fresh YG-131 contains of kosher and halal certified concentrated lactic acid bacteria culture blend for direct inoculation into milk, specially developed for high-protein stirred yogurts with high level of proteins (usually around 80%). The high protein content can be achieved by fortifiation before fermentation (with milk powder), or concentration after fermentation (centrifugation). They may be low in fat and with added flavours. Application: High-protein Greek style yogurts.
