Description

Delvo®Guard 201 contains nature-based preservative cultures that are metabolically active specifically against yeast and mould in yogurt, quark and cream cheese applications. Composition: Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus sakei. The DSM DELVO®GUARD protective cultures have been selected and tested on their bioprotective properties to provide strong control of spoilage by eukaryotic micro-organisms, without compromising the texture and mouthfeel of the product.
