Description
Delvo®Plant AHT is a liquid bacterial α-amylase (alpha-amylase) from Bacillus licheniformis. Application market: Food and Beverage. It rapidly reduces the viscosity of gelatinous starch slurries; it breaks interior α-1,4-glycosidic bonds in starch releasing dextrins and oligosaccharides. Besides that, it is thermostable, applicable on all type of starches, and prevents retrogradation of starch.
