Description

Delvo®Plant BGL is an enzyme preparation for food use containing endo-1,3 (4)- beta-glucanase derived from a selected strain of Talaromyces emersonii. It is used for further viscosity reduction in plant-based cereal/ starch-based dairy alternatives (such as oat and rice); to tune texture to more drinkable and customize viscosity.
