Delvo® Tec DX-33A is a highly concentrated lactic acid starter bacteria. It is used in semi-hard, hard and soft cheeses (e.g., edam, gouda & realted cheese types), but are also suitable for quark, fermented milk products, sour cream and buttermilk. Characteristic of the DX series is their gas production. It is used in the following cheese types: White cheese, Soft cheese, Swiss cheese, Cottage Cheese, Dutch cheese, Hard cheese, Pasta Filata.
