SAIB SUSTANE CO FOOD GRADE

Description

Eastman Sustane™ SAIB CO Food Grade (Sucrose Acetate Isobutyrate) is a free-flowing liquid with a viscosity of less than 4,000 cP at room temperature. Eastman Sustane™ SAIB CO Food Grade does not need to be heated and should be added directly to the flavouring oils. It is typically added to beverage emulsion at 10% - 12%, and this emulsion is diluted to give a final concentration of less than 200 ppm Eastman Eastman Sustane™ in the finished beverage. All kosher products produced by Eastman are manufactured under rabbinical supervision in full accordance with Jewish dietary law.
