ESPRION 300 HS

Description

Esprion® 300HS is a powdered ingredient that serves as an economical alternative for skimmed milk in various food products. Esprion® 300HS is a very suitable alternative for skimmed milk (powder) in ice cream, dairy products, bakery and pastry products, confectionery, soups and sauces. Esprion® 300HS is more heat stable than Esprion® 300 in applications with a neutral pH. Esprion® 300HS is not intended for use in clinical applications and infant formulas. The characteristics of the product closely resemble that of skimmed milk powder, allowing easy 1:1 replacement. Esprion® 300HS dissolves well at a temperature range of 20-50°C.
