Description

Excellion® Potassium Caseinate S is a spray dried milk protein, prepared from fresh skimmed milk. Excellion® Potassium Caseinate S is used as emulsifier, stabilizer and protein enricher in liquid nutritional formulas like medical nutrition and health food products. Excellion® Potassium Caseinate S has excellent emulsifying properties combined with superb solubility and heat stability. It is especially suited for applications where low sodium is required like in nutritional products. The product is rich in casein protein (90.5%) and contains only 0.25% of lactose which makes it easy to formulate lactose free or low lactose high protein products (depending on local legislation). In all recognized protein determinations, casein protein is a complete protein source which has a high biological value and digestibility, containing all the indispensable amino acids required for growth and maintenance.
