FRIMULSION AG

Description

FRIMULSION® AG is a standardized agar agar (E406) off white powder. It is a stabilizer used for freeze/thaw stable jelly with creamy structure. It swells out partially in cold water and dissolves completely above 90°C. It produces effective stabilization at a level of 0.1 to 1.0%, and is standardized to a constant gel strength.
