Description

FRIMULSION® E is a standardized blend of guar gum and xanthan gum (E412, E415). It is a white creamy powder and is a stabilizer for the production of emulsions, e.g. mayonnaises, dressings, salad sauces, etc. It hydrates completely in cold water. It produces effective stabilization at a level of 0.25 to 0.75%, and is standardized to a constant viscosity.
