I-Blūm F23 - Calcium Carbonate specifically designed to enhance the calcium content of food and beverages such as yoghurt, meal replacement bars and drinks, bakery snacks, dairy-based and plant-based beverages powdered beverage mixes. The I-Blūm range is ideal as a functional additive to enhance calcium content due to its specially engineered properties, including: High purity; Improved rheological and flux properties; Anti-caking properties; Thermal stabilization during the extrusion process; and can function as a pH corrector. The I-Blūm range is available in four densities. I-Blūm F23 is a medium PCC, has a median particle size of 2.5 µm, and a tapped density of 0.70 g/cm3.
