Recommended applications: diary desserts (hot or cold processing) and cheese. Lactogel® DE 32 is a stabilizer, composed of glyceryl monostearate (E471), sodium alginate (E401), disodium phosphate (E399(ii)), and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (E466).
