Lactogel® is specifically designed for dairy foods and desserts. It adds a creamy texture and enhances flavor release with low process viscosity. Recommended applications: diary desserts (hot or cold processing) and cheese. Lactogel® GP 23 is composed of carrageenan (E407), dextrose (used as a standardizing agent), sodium chloride, and tricalcium phosphate (E341). The latter is used as anti-caking agent in sodium chloride and the level is not to exceed 0.2 % in this product.
