Description

Lactoval® HICAL micronised is a natural milk minerals complex rich in Calcium, Phosphorus and Magnesium. Lactoval® HICAL micronised is obtained from milk by means of a unique isolation process and jet-micronisation. Lactoval® HICAL micronised can be used for the Calcium fortification of a wide variety of food products. The micronisation process makes the product especially suitable for low viscous applications like milk and fruit juices. Lactoval® HICAL micronised contains minerals from milk, mainly in the form of Calcium Phosphate and Citrate complexes.
