Description

Ligafood CPR-2-K-MB Pecipitated Calcium Stearate is kosher, halal, and RSPO Mass Balance certified. Due to its high specific surface area of 5–9 m2/g and its fine particles (average particle size D50: 5–9 μm) this precipitated Calcium Stearate (E 470a) is widely used as an anti-caking agent, carrier and hydrophobic agent due to its water-repellent characteristics. Furthermore, it offers excellent conditions as a lubricant for tableting hard candies and dragees. This product is produced by a specific precipitated production process resulting in a high specific surface area and is therefore very efficient.
