Description

Maxilact® LAGX 1000 is a kosher and halal certified a liquid lactase (β-galactosidase) preparation derived from the dairy yeast Kluyveromyces lactis. Standardised activity: ≥ 1000 NLU/g. Recommended in a wide variety of applications e.g.: dairy processing. Appearance: colourless to light brown (product color may vary from batch to batch). It is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
