Description

MERIGEL® 341 is a kosher certified modified, traditional cold water swelling maize food starch, E1422. It appears as a white to creamy-white powder with bland odour and taste. This starch provides medium viscosity, medium shelf stability and high resistance to breakdown during processing stresses. It is used in bakery and snacks, soups and sauces, dairy and fruit preparations.
