Nutri Whey™ Isolate is derived from cheese whey, resulting in a high quality protein. The product has a clean taste and odour profi le with good powder properties and is especially suitable for powdered instant beverage application through an additional instantisation step. FrieslandCampina Ingredients produces a range of whey protein concentrate and isolate products ranging from 30% to 90% protein. Suitable for the food, nutritional and dietary market segments. As Nutri Whey™ Isolate I is derived from whey of Dutch type cheeses it has a clean, neutral flavour and aroma. This ensures ease of application in dietary applications and sports nutrition, especially in powdered instant beverages and high protein bars.
