PastaMore® Sense is an enzyme preparation for food use containing lipases and glucose Oxidase derived from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger, lipase derived from a selected strain of Aspergillus Oryzae. It improves texture of non-Durum dry pasta while reducing cooking losses.Typical dosage: 50 - 200 ppm.
