PUREMALT RD 34

Description

PureMalt RD 34 is a hot water extract of roasted barley (Hordeum vulgare) malt, concentrated by vacuum evaporation and spray dried to produce a fine granular powder. Savoury: A natural solution for providing rich dark colour and low roast, savoury flavour. A versatile ingredient but particularly useful in the production of dry mixes, meat seasoning blends, prepared meals, meat free burgers, sausages, flavour enhancement products (stock cubes and pots), soups, cooking sauces, and condiments.
