PureMalt RL 20 is a hot water extract of roasted barley (Hordeum vulgare) malt, concentrated by vacuum evaporation. The product is manufactured according to the standards specified by the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety. Recommended in a wide variety of applications e.g.: brewing and bakery; confectionary; ice cream; soups sauces and ready meals and soft drinks. Appearance: dark brown/black viscous liquid, free from extraneous matter.
