Description

Rapidase® C 80 KPO is a kosher (for passover production) and halal certified enzyme preparation for food use containing polygalacturonase (pectinase) derived from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger. It is specifically developed to effectively hydrolyzes pectin and other polysaccharides present in juices (fruit juice depectinisation). It facilitates solids settling and clarification. The producing micro-organism is of non-GM origin. Preservative free. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Suitable for organic production.
