Rapidase® C80 MAX L is a kosher certified enzyme preparation for food use containing polygalacturonase (pectinase) derived from a selectedstrain of Aspergillus niger. It is specifically developed with broad spectrum action to effectively hydrolyzes pectin and other polysaccharides present in juices. It facilitates solids settling and clarification. This clarification enzyme for ensures NTU spec of apple and pear juice. The producing micro-organism is of non-GM origin. Preservative free. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
