Description

Rapidase® Fiber is a kosher and halal certified liquid polygalacturonase (pectinase), narabinofuranosidase (pectinase), and cellulase derived from selected strains of Aspergillus niger and cellulolytic activities from Trichoderma longibrachiatum. Standardised acitivity: > 110000 AVJP/g. This classical enzyme blend is specifically developed to process juice with high colloids content, while improveing juice and color extraction. It enables an oil yield increase of up to 20% with no negative impact on the oil quality. Rapidase® Fiber maintains and recovers filter membrane performance, and improves filtration rate. The producing micro-organism is of non-GM origin. Also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
