Description

Rapidase® Pineapple is an enzyme preparation for food use containing polygalacturonase (pectinase), cellulase, mannanase and α-amylase derived from selected strains of Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma longibrachiatum. Pineapple juice is rich in a variety of vitamins and minerals. It’s especially packed with manganese, copper, vitamins B6 and C - all of which play important roles in the proper functioning of your body. Rapidase® Pineapple is a classical enzyme formulation that is significantly designed to accelerate mill pineapple juice processing, whilst delivering both increased yield and smooth filtration performance.
